James W. Steiner – President
James Steiner founded Alliance Group International, Inc. in 1987, recognizing all companies lack resources at times, and need a strategic, seamless sales and marketing support arm. In the past 24 years, he has assisted more than 600 organizations in planning and executing high-performance go-to-market strategies throughout North America and 27 European countries. James has developed and deployed innovative and accelerated marketing and sales processes and programs that have been adopted by Fortune 100 companies. AGI’s Core Methodology outperforms traditional sales and marketing models to the delight of AGI clients, from start-ups to major corporations. James also serves the community as a volunteer as well as CEO of Men’s Ministry Catalyst an International Men’s Ministry Organization.
Whitney Cunningham-Steiner – Executive Vice President
Whitney Cunningham-Steiner is the chief architect of the systems and processes used to deliver services on client programs in North America and EMEA at Alliance Group International. For the past 24 years, Whitney also heads the Client Services department and all operations at headquarters including that of CFO and COO creating best practice financial and operational systems to implement and deploy high impact, measurable and accountable programs.
Brian J. Arvin – Principal
Brian Arvin has expertise in finance and profit driven scale-of-efficiency strategies with a focus on change-strategy implementation and measurable productivity. Brian has coordinated a team nation wide for high priority immediate response solutions and customer expansion-retention sales strategies for a billion dollar European based company growing market share by 40% in one year. As CEO, Brian turned around a small failing Bay Area company into a profitable business within three months while instilling a reputation for integrity. Brian holds a Masters Degree in Business and Organizational Leadership and is involved in community service and sits on the board of a non-profit.
Ken Boasso – Principal
Ken Boasso has over 25 years experience in the technology & services industries and was a key contributor in the successful sale & acquisition of four major companies. Ken specializes in developing & deploying high-leverage sales & marketing strategies including traditional, web & guerrilla marketing, accelerated sales cycle management and closed-loop reporting & team leadership. An expert negotiator, Ken also has a successful background in reorganization & turnaround management, and he has worked with all types of business customers including Fortune 500 enterprises, SMBs, and governments. Ken is the principal author of “Transforming the Software Industry” and has delivered Revenue Acceleration Workshops throughout North America and in Europe. Ken also leads Danville Boy Scout Troop 252 and serves on the Men’s Council at East Bay Fellowship Church.
R. Reginald Mastin – Principal
R. Reginald Mastin is a leader in Media, Integrated Marketing and Human Capital Solutions. He has represented radio stations, newspapers and publications such as: Black Enterprise, San Francisco Business and Diversity Executive magazines. His professional experience also includes serving as a Sales Executive for Administaff, AT&T, Drake Beam Morin, Ryder Move Management, Eastman Kodak Company, Sysco Corporation; and a Media Research Field Representative for A.C. Nielsen Company’s Media Research Group. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Reginald earned a BA in Telecommunications, with a Minor in Marketing, from Alabama A & M University in Normal, Alabama. He is a Deacon at Allen-Temple Baptist Church and as been actively involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Bay Area Urban League and Junior Achievement.
David S. Wertheim – Principal
David Wertheim brings 30+ years of marketing, business development, and strategic planning experience covering a broad spectrum of technologies. Working and consulting with diverse companies such as: Hewlett-Packard, Abso/Sterling Infosystems, Inc., and Boole & Babbage he has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to develop competitive positioning and sales and marketing plans to accelerate profitable revenue growth. Dave holds an M.S. in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University.
